Like any other locality, the City of Eastpointe requires specific items for legal protection since this event is held in one of our local parks.  Please read the Merchandise and Vendor information thoroughly.  If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call.                       

We have printer friendly page of the City of Eastpointe's Hold Harmless Agreement (everyone must sign and return this form), and the Vendor Application which should be filled out completely.  Once we have these two forms, we can have these reviewed by the City Risk Manager to determine if liability insurance is required.

All forms must be returned to the Historical Society by May 20 along with a fee of $25.00. We have always observed a “non-compete” rule for our festival vendors. That means if you are accepted, your merchandise will not have competition of another vendor with like merchandise.
